Where we deliver
We deliver Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas.
How long it takes
- Processing: we pack your order within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: your order is sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouse by tracked post. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a few days longer.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during busy periods such as Christmas and sales events.
Discreet packaging
Every order arrives in a plain mailer. Nothing on the outside says what is inside, just our small Comfy Elle logo.
Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
If your parcel is late or lost
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
